This immersive workshop offers a safe space to encounter God's presence, release what no longer belongs, and awaken to the fullness of who you were created to be.
Through somatic movement, prophetic art, and Spirit-led reflection, we will explore what it means to let go of old identities, expired assignments, the weight of past seasons, and sever soul ties that keep you bound to what God has already released you from.
Rooted in the truth that each person is formed, called, and treasured by God, this experience guides participants through a journey of surrender, healing, and activation. Moving from heaviness into freedom, from hiding into wholeness, and from smallness into expansion.

Sophia Stahnke
Inner Healing & Somatic Movement Facilitator
Sophia Stahnke is a former dancer instructor, movement facilitator, and inner healing practitioner who is passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves and with God. Drawing from both her training and personal journey of restoration, she blends movement, prophetic encouragement, and healing practices to create spaces where women can release what no longer belongs and step into greater freedom and wholeness - mind, heart, body, soul, and spirit. Her aim is to help reclaim the identity of being beloved, crowned in victory, and connected to the One who has everything needed.
Sophia carries deep compassion for every person's story and believes no one is too far gone, too broken, or beyond God's ability to redeem. Her heart is to help women arise into the fullness of who they were always created to be, carrying hope, healing, joy, and freedom into every space she leads.
Amani Hanson
Artist & Somatic Practitioner
Amani Hanson is an artist and somatic practitioner whose work explores restoration, resilience, and the beauty that can emerge through life's hardest seasons. Her journey has taught her that God is often found not only in the light, but also in the wilderness, the waiting, and the places that seem beyond repair.
Through creativity, embodiment, and Spirit-led reflection, Amani helps women reconnect with themselves and with the God who has been present through every chapter of their story. Her heart is to create spaces where women can release what no longer serves them, rediscover hope, and reclaim the beauty, strength, and identity that have been there all along.
