This is a space for your body to speak, your story to unfold, and your spirit to thrive.
Whether as a starting point or the missing piece, somatic therapy offers a deeper way to heal—gently guiding the body to release what the mind may not fully understand.
This work can help uncover and release what’s been held beneath the surface, including:

Vision
My vision is to hold a safe, nurturing space where healing unfolds gently and intentionally—in alignment with body, soul, and spirit.
In partnership with the Holy Spirit, I walk alongside others on their journey of restoration, helping them reconnect with their body and step into lasting wholeness and freedom.
Story
My story is one of healing, resilience, and learning to tune in to the body’s voice.
Through my own journey, I’ve discovered how powerful it is to slow down, listen to what’s been held inside, and let the Holy Spirit lead the way toward wholeness.
Now, I help others do the same—holding space for them to release what’s been stored in the body, reconnect with themselves, and rise into who they were always meant to be.
Creativity
For me, creativity is more than expression—it’s a pathway to healing.
Through intuitive art, movement, and somatic practices, I help clients tap into what words alone can’t reach. Art becomes a sacred language, a way to process pain, embody transformation, and restore connection to the self.
About The Trauma Gates™ Method
Trauma Gates™ is a gentle, yet powerful path to healing the past—starting with the body.
While traditional talk therapy often focuses on the mind and its stories, the body holds its own memory, often buried deep in the nervous system and cells. Somatic simply means “of the body,” and this method honors the truth that lasting healing must include the body’s voice.
The Trauma Gates™ method creates space for your body to safely release trauma—without reliving it. It’s a non-invasive, non-retraumatizing process that honors your pace, your choices, and your sense of safety every step of the way.
Each session is fully clothed, grounded in consent and body-awareness, and offered once a week over a 10-week journey. Some clients may need more time, depending on the depth of their trauma.
Wherever you are in your healing, you are met with compassion, presence, and the invitation to thrive.

EMBODIED ART SESSION
A gentle, Spirit-led process where art becomes the language of your body and soul
Creative Breathwork is a new and evolving process that weaves somatic healing and creative expression into one experience.
You’ll be guided into rest — connecting to your breath and the presence of God — while I intuitively paint what is moving within you.
With each inhale and exhale, the hidden places begin to speak.
Tension softens.
Color and movement flow gently onto the canvas, mirroring the release happening in your body.
It’s a gentle, Holy Spirit-led approach to healing — intuitive, experimental, and deeply personal.
Some sessions may be completed with a single painting; others unfold as a continuing journey of renewal and discovery.

Trauma Gates™ sessions are designed to build on one another over the course of 10 sessions.
This consistent rhythm gives your body the chance to experience safety, form new neural pathways, and integrate tools that support lasting healing.
Somatic healing is a collaborative process. The more you practice the techniques at home between sessions, the deeper and more lasting your transformation will be.
