Don’t worry, these boards are low-maintenance beauties! 

- Hand wash with warm water and mild soap if needed. Please do not soak, excess water is not great for wood. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- If the wood starts to look dry or dull simply rub oil or food grade mineral oil over the surface to protect and condition the wood. Great options are coconut, mineral, linseed, beeswax, or tung oil. DO NOT use vegetable or olive oil. These will become rancid and begin to smell.
- Not for use in the dishwasher, microwave, or freezer.
